The services are provided subject to the Terms and Conditions and any policies that AtmComm may establish. AtmComm may make changes to this Agreement, and continued use of any Services constitutes Customer's acceptance of any such changes. In addition, when using AtmComm services, Customer and AtmComm shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Services that may be posted from time to time.
 
The Services are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Services are not available to individuals under the age of 18. If you do not qualify, please do not use the Services.
 
The Services provides a collection of tools and resources to manage an online store, process orders and sell products online. In addition, the Services may include professional consulting services relating to your use of the AtmComm's tools and resources.
 
The customer must complete a registration form in order to use the Services. Customer will provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about Customer as requested in the registration form, and will update the information to keep it current. As part of the registration process, Customer will identify an e- mail address and password for Customer's AtmComm account. The customer is responsible for maintaining the security of the Customer account, passwords, and files, and for all uses of Customer's account and of the Services in Customer's name. AtmComm reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel, accounts it deems inappropriate.

For initial setup and design, the customer should pay half of price before start and then pay the other half by completion of work. For any other customized design or major development fees, the customers should communicate the requirements and pay first.
For regular maintenance, the customer should pay first accordingly (monthly or yearly). The web service will be automatic de-activate if the customers don’t pay on time. If the customers want to re-activate the web service, extra re-activation fee of S$200 will be charged.
The customers are solely responsible for full payment of our charges, regardless of whether you are in receipt of funds from any third party.
In the event that any of our invoices are not paid within 30 days of issue and/or any of our requests for advances are not met, we reserve the right and discretion to (1) delay, suspend or withdraw from providing you any further services, and (2) charge interest at 6% per annum from the relevant invoice date to the date of payment.
